Menu Matters a small specialist organisation run by Nicky Dexter. Nicky graduated from Kings College in London with a degree in Food Science and Management.
Nicky now has over 20 years experience in the food industry, working on leading brands for Associated British Foods and Jacob’s. Her experience spans from recipe development, product development and technical support, through to commercial roles and Marketing.
She is supported by a dedicated team of Food Technologists and Dietitians.
Our aim…
Our aim is simple; to provide sensible, practical, economic solutions to help improve nutritional standards. We have a wide range of clients who have already benefitted from our expertise: in store restaurants in Tesco and Sainsbury’s to major organisations such as Ofsted and the NHS. We have also helped a wide selection of private and state nurseries, along with a number of restaurant and leisure chains including Butlins, caterers and private schools.
