Who are Menu Matters?
Menu Matters a specialist organisation run by Nicky Dexter. Nicky graduated from Kings College in London with a degree in Food Science and Management. Nicky now has over 20 years experience in the food industry, working on leading brands for Associated British Foods and Jacob’s. Her experience spans from recipe development, product development and technical support, through to commercial roles and marketing. She is supported by a dedicated team of Food Technologists and Dieticians.
Our aim is simple; to provide sensible, practical, economic solutions to help improve nutritional standards.
